Who is the administrator of personal data?

As administrators, we determine how personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long time, and we select any other entities who will assist us with the processing.
Which personal data do we process?
We obtain personal data by visiting our website, filling in the contact form or subscribing to news, as well as on the basis of interest in our goods or services or business and other partnerships.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process the personal data, which you entrust to us, for the following reasons:
responding to your questions and inquiries,
providing of services, fulfillment of contracts,
bookkeeping, legal obligation to issue and register tax documents if you are our customers or business partners,
direct marketing – sending newsletters and business messages, analysis of what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open them. If you are our customer, have shown interest in our services or products in the past, or if you are our business partner, we do so out of a legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news for 10 years from the last contact. Furthermore, we may send you newsletters only with your consent, for a period of 10 years from the date of approval. In either case, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.
advanced marketing – based on your consent, we can also send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address, for example, for remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook, for a period of 10 years from the approval. We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

We protect personal data as much as possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.
To whom do we transmit your personal data?
Our employees and co-workers, who are bound by confidentiality, have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than we do and specialize in the processing. These providers and providers of these platforms are: Netvarec, s.r.o., Facebook, Google, List, Smartselling, s.r.o. Stormware, s.r.o.It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or providers to facilitate and improve processing. However, we promise you that in this a case, we will require from that entity security and quality of processing as for ourselves. We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.
What are our responsibilities?
We declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and that:
we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, fulfilment of the contract, legal obligation or consent approval,
we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR even before the processing of personal data begins,
we will enable you and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

In terms of personal data protection, you have the following rights:
the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing,
the right of access, thanks to which you can call us and we will supply to you within 14 working days which your personal data we process and why,
if something changes or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to add and change personal data,
you may exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that we are processing illegally, but that you do not want to delete all data, or that you have objected to the processing.
you can limit the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing (for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending business messages).
if you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access, with the only difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form, which takes at least 14 days,
your next right is the right to delete (be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the systems of all sub-providers and backups. We need 14 days to secure the right to deletion. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we must register the issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the deletion.
