The basis of NOTUS PLUS is a solid steel frame manufactured in the Czech Republic. The structure is carefully welded and annealed against internal stress, ensuring stability for many years without the need for major repairs.

The steel portal with a cross-section of 200 × 150 mm provides high rigidity even at high speeds. For an even better stiffness-to-weight ratio, an optional carbon composite portal is available.

Precise and smooth movement in every axis

• Helical teeth on the X and Y axis racks,

This combination ensures quiet, smooth operation, better tool engagement, and a high-quality, vibration-free surface.

Movement is provided by 1000 W Mitsubishi AC servo motors, which respond immediately and maintain a precise trajectory even at high feed rates. No delays, no “chopped” radii.

Speed that does not compromise quality

NOTUS PLUS achieves working feeds of up to 500 mm/s (max. 733 mm/s).

The machine is designed to remain stable, accurate, and safe even at high speeds. Speed is not a compromise here, but a natural part of the design.

Performance, automation, and smooth operation

Professional spindles with a power output of up to 13.2 kW are available, including automatic tool change. High-speed spindles with speeds of up to 60,000 rpm can be used for detailed work, acrylic, or micro-milling.

Automatic tool change is handled either by a linear magazine or a carousel. Automatic tool length measurement ensures that each change is accurate without the need for manual intervention.

Secure clamping and a clean working environment

The high-pressure vacuum table with several zones reliably holds even large surfaces.

A T-slot table is available for manual clamping.

Dust and chip extraction keeps the work surface clean, the tool engaged, and the workshop operational even during long shifts.

One machine, a wide range of materials

NOTUS PLUS can handle aluminum, plastics, MDF, wood, and composite materials.

For soft materials such as foam, cardboard, or leather, an oscillating knife and tangential head are available for precise and clean cuts without burrs.

Software that keeps pace with production

The PILOT TDP control system works with HP-GL and G-code and can handle data from CAM systems, graphics programs, and RIPs.

Preset material profiles and a library of presets significantly reduce production preparation time and eliminate errors.
